Take the Pledge to Reopen Responsibly
As businesses throughout the Midlands begin to reopen, the Columbia Chamber and Lexington Chamber and Visitors Center have created a simple pledge to help them let customers know they are operating safely and responsibly.
By taking this pledge, businesses declare that they will be taking steps based upon guidance from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) to:
- Promote social distancing
- Limit capacity
- Monitor the health of employees
- Clean frequently
- Encourage face-covering & hand sanitizing
Businesses can take the pledge and you will receive a poster to place throughout your store.
We pledge to follow the CDC and DHEC policies of sanitation, social distancing and limited capacity restriction.
