24th Annual LCAA Leadership Summit

On Thursday, January 20, 2022, the Leadership Columbia Alumni Association (LCAA) is proud to host its 24th Annual Leadership Summit. This half-day conference will highlight the work that local Midlands businesses are doing to make Columbia a leader in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I). Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from changemakers within our community who are working to ensure that Columbia is paving the way for DE&I.

More than a workshop on DE&I, this year’s Leadership Summit will feature thought provoking leaders who use their passion for inclusion to create environments that value individual differences. Join us in the morning for two engaging sessions: Personal Bias and its Impacts on Belonging and Access and Inclusion for Visible and Invisible Abilities. Stay to hear from our keynote luncheon speaker, Willy Stewart, CEO and Chairman of Stewart. During this luncheon, attendees will hear from Stewart about the ambition, drive, and vision that it takes to make DE&I a cornerstone of your business by “bringing your authentic self” to the table every day. Attendees will also learn how to integrate culture into your company and walk away with actionable plans on how to lead with DE&I in mind.
