Join the Columbia Chamber as we get acquainted with the candidates for the upcoming Columbia City Council election. Three candidates are vying for the at-large district and two candidates are competing in District 3. As our city pursues many initiatives, including growth, workforce development, and talent retention, this is a great opportunity for fresh perspectives. We must also address serious challenges to ensure our city’s progress continues on issues such as tax modernization, homelessness, public safety, and affordable housing.
We invite you to join us as we pose questions and learn how each candidate plans to propel Columbia forward. The City’s general election is scheduled for Tuesday, November 7.
