More About Chandler:

Chandler Cox joined Hughes Development Corporation in 2013. As a Project Manager for Hughes Development, Chandler is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities required for the BullStreet redevelopment project, working with architects, general contractors, and engineers in an ongoing capacity through processes from design to occupancy. Her responsibilities include commercial and infrastructure development, financial management of the total 181-acre project, contractor and subcontractor recruitment, client interaction, and leasing activities. In a short period of time, Chandler has mastered these responsibilities through her years at Hughes Development, experiencing all phases of the development cycle, including acquisition, design, new construction, renovation, multiple tenant improvements and ongoing management. During her employment, she has been responsible for managing all aspects of the design process of the BullStreet Master Plan, ensuring that design decisions are consistent with approved project budgets, constructability constraints and market expectations.

Chandler exemplifies Hughes Development’s belief that good service is part of a good company. She is the Co-Chair for the Upstate’s Urban Land Institute (ULI) Young Leaders group; an active member of the ULI Carolinas Young Leaders Regional Initiative Council, and the Co-Chair of the Young Benefactors program for the South Carolina Governor’s School for Arts and Humanities. Chandler is also proud graduate of Clemson University with both a Master of Real Estate Development and Bachelor of Arts in Architecture.
