BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina offers an innovative health insurance program, called the True Blue® Partnership, targeted to small businesses with 2 to 99 employees who are members of the Columbia Chamber.  The True Blue® Partnership is a selection of group health insurance products that offer flexibility and competitive pricing, including Buy-up options and a High Deductible Health Plan.  True Blue High Deductible Health Plan is specially designed to allow Columbia Chamber members to open tax-deductible, tax-free Health Savings Accounts (HSA). HSAs work together with federally-qualified, high-deductible health plan benefits.  There are various options available with each BlueCross plan. Each plan has different deductible amounts and coinsurance amounts. Chamber members can choose the option that works best for them and their employees. Each plan can include coverage for:

■ preventive care, doctors’ office visits and hospital stays

■ physical therapy
■ inpatient rehabilitation
