Military Affairs Committee
The Military Affairs
Committee works to promote, enhance and strengthen the relationships
between our community and the military. Receptions are held
throughout the year to welcome students from the Soldier Support
Institute, Chaplain School and National Center for Credibility
Assessment and their families
to the Columbia community. Additionally,
there is an ongoing
initiative to attract military retirees to this region.
The Military Affairs
Committee also partners with the
Friends of our Forces program
and helps to produce the biannual
Welcome Guide.
